Join us for a full day face-to-face workshop exploring the Numicon approach from Foundation to early year 3 and the Breaking Barriers resource used for early Intervention for students who require additional support.

These sessions cover the Introduction to Numicon F-2 content as well as the Breaking Barriers PD and are designed for both schools who are already familiar with Numicon and are interested in learning how this resource could support their students from year 1 with learning difficulties or gaps in Maths, as well as those schools interested in using these resources in an intervention setting.

This hands-on session will delve into the Breaking Barriers resource aimed at supporting individuals or small groups experiencing difficulty with the F to year 3 Maths Curriculum aged 6 and above.

We also have two other Intervention options; Numicon Intervention Program and Big Ideas - please contact Rachel rachel@skyrocketmaths.com.au if you would like to discuss which option would best suit your needs.

Numicon Professional Development seminars are interactive sessions full of practical ideas and hands-on experiences that give Educators the knowledge and tools to successfully implement Numicon in their school or educational setting.

Your trainer Rachel will introduce you to the Numicon Approach, Numicon resources, the Teacher Handbooks and implementation ideas.

The Numicon PD program ensures that Numicon is used to its best advantage, releasing its potential to transform students’ attitudes towards mathematics, significantly increasing their achievements.
